We charge based on the amount of properties and acres used within your account. Each property includes up to 2 acres that get's added to a pooled balance. For example, if your paying for 1500 properties, you can use up to 3000 acres across all properties.
Absolutely not! Aerial imagery is an optional add you purchase on a property by property basis if you'd like. Mapping using Google Satelitte view is free so you only need to purchase Aerial imagey if you want to use a higher resolution image to map with.
